These Terms govern access to ModalPrompt Studio, including the website, prompt studio, testing workflow, checkout, support, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service scope

ModalPrompt Studio is provided as a software service for prompt management, prompt testing, collaboration, and cost tracking. Features may be released, modified, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for account activity, lawful use, and the prompts, assets, files, outputs, and instructions submitted through the service. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malware, bypass safety controls, or process prohibited content.

AI outputs and user responsibility

AI and evaluation outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, validating production use, and determining whether the service fits your legal, compliance, security, and business requirements.

Plans, billing, and payment

Plan prices are shown before checkout. Annual billing is discounted when selected. Payments are processed through NOWPayments, and crypto network confirmation times may vary. Access may begin after payment status is confirmed or otherwise approved.

Refunds and cancellations

Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, crypto payments are generally final once confirmed on-chain. If you believe a payment or plan was incorrect, contact support@aigeamy.com. We will review reasonable support and refund requests in good faith, considering service access, payment status, abuse prevention, and applicable law.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the service, website, software, design, documentation, and platform materials. You retain rights you have in prompts, assets, and data you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Third-party services

The service may rely on hosting, payment processors, analytics providers, model providers, and other third-party systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, network delays, or provider output behavior.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, specific output quality, business results, compliance outcomes, or compatibility with every provider or workflow.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModalPrompt Studio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or limit access for security, abuse, non-payment, legal risk, operational issues, or violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms, and continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
